The Production process of Sunscreen Spray

In unitary packaging, agent and propellant gas exist in the aerosol tank without separation, while for bag on valve filling, the agent is packed in the bag and the propellant is completely separated from the tank between the bag and the tank. BOV filling mode refers to the pressure packaging system in which the propellant and the agent are divided into two independent units in the same packaging container. When propellant is used, the energy (pressure) provided by the propellant can be obtained and released from the package in a predetermined form.

It can be divided into two types: separate packaging and barrier pressure packaging. BOV packaging features a bag in the aerosol can. Liquid substances are packed in bags. The gas is located between the aerosol tank and the air bag, which reduces the complexity of the formula, does not release the injector when using, and reduces the impact on safety and environment.
